About Me
With a deep passion for helping others, I am a qualified counsellor dedicated to guiding clients through life's challenges with empathy, respect, and professionalism. My practice is shaped by my belief that everyone has the capacity for positive change.
My Approach
I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings. By using evidence-based techniques such as person-centred therapy and psychodynamic therapy, I hope to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and others. Counselling is not advice giving, but rather a supportive, facilitative environment in which you explore your inner world without judgement.
