About Me, Maggie Browns

With a background in Community Education, Nursing, and Mental Health, I’ve always been drawn to work that supports people’s psychological wellbeing. Over the years, I’ve seen how deeply our sense of self can be affected by both visible and invisible challenges — and how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported.

In 2018, I retrained as a Microblade Artist, which naturally evolved into work in Permanent Make-Up (PMU) and medical tattooing. This path has allowed me to bring together my passion for both physical and emotional healing.

Through Maggie Browns, I offer microblading, PMU, and aesthetic treatments designed to support confidence, self-esteem, and recovery. Whether someone is rebuilding after illness, trauma, or simply seeking to feel more themselves, my goal is always to provide a safe, respectful space for that journey.

Driven by the same purpose, I founded Indigo — a community interest company offering trauma-informed workshops, mental health support, and partnership referrals to promote healing across our communities.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief in the power of care, connection, and confidence — and the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are.
