Restoring Wholeness Workshop
Awareness as the Solid Ground for Compassionate Somatic Practice
Join us for a restorative Day of Practice exploring awareness, compassion, and inner steadiness. Inspired by the teachings of Saki Santorelli, this immersive day invites you to reconnect with the witnessing presence within - the part of us that remains steady even through challenge and change.
Through guided mindfulness and compassionate awareness practices, we’ll gently soothe the nervous system, cultivate presence, and explore “where the light gets in.”

The Art of Feeling: Fear
A grounding workshop weaving together yoga, plants, and compassionate exploration
Join Alice Rainbow Yoga and Sandra of Nut Blossom Apothecary for a grounding and supportive day of yoga, plants, reflection, and embodied exploration.
When fear arises, we often leave our bodies. This workshop is an invitation to come back - gently.
Together, we will explore fear as a messenger of safety and care, using grounding movement, breath, and supportive herbal allies to help the nervous system settle and orient. This is not about pushing through fear, but about meeting it with steadiness, curiosity, and compassion.
Throughout the day, Alice will guide gentle somatic and yoga-based practices to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and accessible. Sandra will share herbal wisdom and plant allies chosen to support calm, grounding, and a sense of being held.
This workshop offers a calm and respectful space to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what fear might be asking for, without judgement or pressure. A day of steadiness, care, and soft return.

Sadness is not a problem - it is part of our lived experience that deserves space, softness, and recognition.
This workshop invites you into a gentle somatic journey to feel and hold sadness with care, using breath, movement, ritual, and supportive healing herbs. We’ll explore presence without pressure and reflection without judgment.
This is a safe, tender circle where you can slow down, notice what’s here, and let the body speak.
